• Pre-Press shirt (5 sec) to remove any extra moisture
• Place transfer to your liking(beginner we recommend a shirt guide:you can find on amazon)
• Press at: 320 F for 30 Seconds
• Wait about 5 sec and peel film off

(if your transfer did not attach, check your pressure) heavy medium needed

• with a cotton shirt (recommended) or Teflon sheet press again for 320 F for 30 Sec.
