Pressing Instructions: - Press with heavy pressure at 320° for 45 seconds. - Hot Peel - Cover with a cotton shirt (recommended) or Teflon sheet for 320° for 45 seconds.
Washing Instructions: - Turn Garment Inside Out - Machine Wash, Cold - Mild Detergent - Do Not Use Fabric Softener or Bleach - Tumble Dry Low - Do Not Iron
